We worked with Bernice on our first home purchase and it was a wonderful experience! During our initial consultation, she explained the entire home buying process to us very clearly and paid close attention to understanding our requirements - location, home construction style, amenities and budget. We soon found a place that we loved and wanted to make an offer. However, the offer deadline was a few days away and we didn't even have a loan pre-approval yet. Bernice immediately jumped into action (on a Sunday!) and put us in touch with a loan officer who started working on the pre-approval. She simultaneously got the necessary paperwork ready for us to make an offer before the seller's deadline. Our offer was accepted, and over the next few weeks, Bernice worked with us to ensure that we did all the next steps. It was challenging because we were traveling during this period, but Bernice worked with us across time zones to get all the paperwork and inspections completed. We are now happy homeowners, thanks to Bernice. We couldn't be happier with her - she was always available, great with communication, very efficient and super easy to work with. We highly recommend Bernice if you are ever looking to buy or sell a home!

As a first time buyer - my experience was great! I credit everything to Bernice! She helped me and my girlfriend purchased our home in the South San Jose Area. She was very helpful from the first time that we viewed a property together up until the end when the keys were handed over. She was active in the searches. She provided last minute and weekend viewing and worked around our busy schedule. Communication and knowledge of the market and process was very superb. I was not at any given point, lost in the process, after consulting with her. She made herself available for questions and communicated as needed on important items and timelines practically around the clock. Not that I was demanding but she was mindful of my time and recognized the best times to get a hold of me. 5 stars all around and I would not only return to her but highly recommend her to everyone.
